The Pool is Officially open, time to work off those few extra pounds we added over the winter... So... LET’S GET PHYSICAL!!  Join in as we find every activity we can to trim up and get ready for the onset of summer.  Cycling, Running, Kayaking, Canoeing, Walking, Swimming, Volleyball, and whatever else we can do to work up a sweat!
