The porch has been newly painted and repaired and features programmable, multicolored lighting, ceiling fans and privacy shades. The outdoor shower has fully private vinyl fencing and features an independent propane on demand water heater for independent hot water supply.

The purchase also includes a 2018 Club Car golf cart custom painted purple. The golf cart has heavy duty suspension and off-road tires.
